Getting Started
Accessing Your Programs and Scheduling Sessions
PROGRAM ACCESS
The package you purchased includes access to one or more programs.
TO ACCESS YOUR PROGRAMS:
Locate your registered package from the options presented below.
Click the link for the specific program you wish to access.
You’ll be directed to the program hub, where you can access content and scheduling modules to start your program.
BOOKING SESSIONS
Your Vivir account was credited with sessions based on the package you purchased.
TO SCHEDULE YOUR SESSIONS:
Credits are linked to the email used during registration. Use your registration email in the appointment form when scheduling sessions.
Select the “redeem package” button if it isn’t applied automatically.
After scheduling, you'll receive a confirmation email with the appointment time, date, and video conferencing link.
